WELLNESS SERIES

Start with feet together, jump legs apart, and raise arms overhead  simultaneously. Reverse the motion to complete one repetition.

JUMPING JACKS

Squats

Start with feet together, jump legs apart, and raise arms overhead  simultaneously. Reverse the motion to complete one repetition.

PUSH UPS

Begin in a plank position, lower your body by bending elbows, then push  back up. Keep your body straight throughout the movement.

LUNGES

Take a step forward with one leg, lowering the back knee toward the ground. Alternate legs for a complete set. 

PLANK

Take a step forward with one leg, lowering the back knee toward the ground. Alternate legs for a complete set. 

HIGH KNEES

Stand with feet hip-width apart. Lift one knee towards your chest, then  quickly switch legs. Continue the motion, pumping your arms for added  intensity.

Mountain Climber

Start in a plank position and alternately drive your knees toward your chest in a running motion, keeping your core engaged.
